TEAM Punta Gorda has partnered with the City of Punta Gorda, which has developed the Bicycle Loaner Program.
Loaner bicycles can be found at a number of locations including the Bayfront Health’s Wellness Center, Laishley Municipal Marina, Four Points by Sheraton, Fishermen’s Village Marina, Isles Yacht Club Marina and The Wyvern Hotel.

All you have to do is provide a driver’s license and a credit card, just in case you don’t bring it back, then hop on.
The bike is yours to use for a short trip or for the day.
You take the lock and key with you, and lock up wherever you go.
Just return the bike undamaged, either a half hour before the business closes or before sunset.

TEAM welcomes a free will donation at bike stations to help offset the continued cost of fleet maintenance.
“This program is managed completely by hard working volunteers,” explains TEAM President Shelly Harris. “Private donations, membership dues and corporate sponsors help fund and maintain this important community service.”
The bicycle loaner program is an important component of TEAM’s “Bicycle Friendly” initiative. To learn more, or get involved, call TEAM at 941-637-8326 or email us at [email protected].
