About The Owners

I Watch Your Property owners Richard and Kathy live in Burnt Store Isles and are members of the BSI Owners Association and Boat Club. This perfectionist team is hardworking, dedicated, and most importantly…trustworthy…so you can count on them to treat your home as you would!

Richard is retired from a 35 year career in the construction industry where he was the CEO of a large contractor associated firm. After leaving that business, Richard and Kathy re-located to Burnt Store Isles. Since then he would check on homes for family and friends, hence the idea for an actual home watch business developed.

Kathy owned and operated a special event and catering company for over 20 years. Since that time, Kathy has five years experience in building and property management. Kathy also is currently licensed with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) as a Community Association Manager (CAM).

Providing Home Watch services throughout Charlotte County Florida including Punta Gorda, Punta Gorda Isles, Burnt Store Isles, Deep Creek, Port Charlotte, Murdock, El Jobean, Englewood, North Port and surrounding Southwest Florida areas
