This is a Yin and Restorative style yoga retreat. Indulge in the experience of yin and restorative yoga to truly deepen your practice physically and inwardly. During this retreat, you will gain a deeper connection with yourself by tapping into the subtle energy body in the poses. You will loosen your joints, clear negative toxins, and by relaxing the active mind, you will find a greater ability to connect with your intuition. You will learn grounding meditations and visualizations to improve health and balance emotions. This retreat includes opportunity for mindfulness and relaxation — whether in the meditations, beautiful yoga practices under the shaded outdoor hut, in the private areas outside the bungalows, or the quiet meditation nook. You will find your space to explore your practice whenever the mood arises.
Bungalows are shared with one other person and will be assigned when you arrive. Bungalow preferences can be made according to availability on your arrival. All accommodations are high quality. If you are booking with a partner, you will be assigned to a private bungalow together. Check-in Thursday after 5:00 p.m., and check-out on Monday before 10:00 a.m. Travel to and from retreat venue is not included.
