Join us at The Yoga Sanctuary for a special Mother’s Day event where we combine the calming practice of yoga with the soothing effects of essential oils and the resonant sound of crystal bowls.

We’ll start with a brief exploration of the benefits of using essential oils. Then, you’ll participate in an accessible yoga session designed to energize you, followed by a restorative practice for deep relaxation. Each restorative posture will be accompanied by the calming sounds of guest teacher, Jennifer Loftus’ crystal sound bowls. Locally made and high-quality essential oils will be incorporated into the entire session to enhance your experience.

Each participant will receive a sample oil to take home. This workshop is open to everyone.
