Join us for a unique blend of yoga and scenic explorations of Punta Gorda. Each session begins with an all-levels yoga practice designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. This practice will be followed by a mindful walk of approximately one mile to explore parks, historic homes, and waterfront areas. Each class will focus on a different theme and location, providing a fresh experience every time. We’ll conclude with a gentle asana practice and a relaxing savasana.
Practice and Walking Locations:
Three of our sessions, including the very first, will meet at The Yoga Sanctuary, while two sessions will start at outdoor locations. Each route is carefully chosen for its smooth, paved terrain and full access to amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. An email will be sent out prior to each session to confirm the location.
