Friday February 13. 10 a.m. to noon. $50 per class per person.
All proceeds benefit the PGICA! Main course: February – Poulet à la crème. Classes will start together and finished at home, (not before tasting in class!) Students will be advised of what bowls, pans etc. to bring. (Max. 8 students). Advance registration required.
