A Community Class: To Benefit the Alzheimer’s Association

Date & Time:

a community class: to benefit the alzheimer’s association

The Yoga Sanctuary is excited to offer a Community Yoga Class as a part of our Yoga Teacher Mentorship program, and in support of local non-profits and charities.

Join us for a class to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, led by TYS Teacher Trainee Carol Ryan! This is a wonderful opportunity to support your community, uplift meaningful causes, and encourage new teachers on their journey—all while enjoying the practice of yoga. This class is open to all levels, no experience required.

About Carol:

As a student of yoga for 15 years, and a teacher for over a year, Carol taught at Anahata and House of Bliss Yoga studios in Mason, Ohio before relocating to Arcadia, Florida. She has taught many forms and lineages of yoga in her short time as a teacher, but her love for teaching remains in leading gentle yoga classes. Leading yoga in a gentle way allows the body to move slowly and gently into postures and is really where Carol finds her purpose as a teacher connecting with students.
