All proceeds benefit the PGICA! Come learn how to make delicious French desserts! Using family and traditional recipes, we will start our classes together and then you will finish them at home, (but not before tasting the end result in class!) Topics: January – Baba au Rhum, February – Mousse au Chocolat, March – Soufflé Glacé au Grand Marnier, and April – Poires au Vin Rouge. Students will be advised ahead of what bowls, pans, whisks and other items to bring (Maximum 8 students). Advance registration required.
