Through a blend of theory, grounded in yogic scriptures, and practical application, you’ll experience these powerful techniques firsthand. We’ll begin with an in-depth exploration of the theory behind these practices, followed by guided practice sessions to help you integrate the techniques. The workshop will conclude with deep relaxation, allowing your body to absorb the benefits of the practice.
