Full Moon Ceremony – March 3rd

Under the glow of the full moon, we gather by the energy of the ocean to move, vibrate, and awaken the heart.
This ceremony is centered around Movement + Vibration — healing through rhythm, intention, and heart-based energy. I’ll begin with my metronome to anchor us into steady rhythm, and from there we’ll work with stones as tools for movement and heart-centered vibration.
Bring your own rock (a stone that calls to you).
Bring your heart.
Bring your willingness to move.
Together we will explore healing through the art of vibration — grounding into the body, opening the heart, and allowing the full moon to illuminate what is ready to shift.
