Step into a warm inviting cafe atmosphere where books are the menu and curiosity is encouraged! Our Book Tasting event transforms reading into an engaging, sensory experience designed to inspire a love of literacture across all agres.
Students will “taste” a variety of book genres they may not typically choose-from mystery and adventure to poetry, nonfiction, and graphic novels. Each room is thoughtfully organized by age and grade level, ensuring that every participant explores books that are both accessible and exciting.
As students rotate through their “tastings”, they’ll sample short excerpts, share reactions, and discover favorites-all while immersed in a charming cafe-style setting. Soft Italian music fills the space, tables are styled like a cozy bistro, and students are encouraged to “order” books, reflect on their favorites, and expand their reading horizons.
