What is mindfulness? How exactly are you supposed to be “mindful”? Come join me this Saturday at 1:30 at the Peace River Botanical Gardens for a class where we break down ways to be mindful in your day to day life and the importance of being mindful. This class will also include a guided meditation and mindful walk through the gardens to the pier overlooking the Peace River. Class is donation based and accessible to all!
