Charlotte County Transit is offering free rides to and from distribution centers for Hurricane Helene relief. Distribution centers are open until 6 PM and may have MREs, ice, tarps, and water (while supplies last). Free curb-to-curb rides are also available for any trips beyond the distribution center. Service hours are 6:30 AM-6 PM, Mon.-Fri. and 9 AM-6 PM on Saturdays, with limited service area on Saturdays.
