Please join us for a donation collection for the members and staff of CrossFit Punta Gorda who were impacted by Hurricane Helene. We will be hosting a community workout at 9am and admission is one gift card for groceries, gas, amazon, or money in any amount. Cash will also be accepted. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early to sign a waiver if you are not a member.

You do not have to exercise to contribute and donations can be dropped off all week until Saturday. Please invite as many people as possible through Facebook. We have several members and staff who are seriously impacted by the storm.

If you would also like to help out with the devastation in western North Carolina, please drop off water bottles, feminine hygiene products, and diapers by Saturday as the Shepards will be delivering a truck of supplies this weekend to the rural communities outside of Asheville. Thank you!
