The course emphasizes patience, persistence, and progress not perfection.
Course objectives
1. Develop horse rider and trust and confidence
2. Understand how your horse views you in the pecking order and how it affects training
3. Recognize the importance of a one rein stop and how to apply it
4. identify five parts of the Horse and how to move them individually
5. Understand the Horses reactionary response and what it affects.
6. Identify sight, sound and touch and multiple sensory stimuli.
7. Demonstrate proper riding position (seat) for maintaining balance.
8. Exposure to several stimuli while increasing intensity and safety.
9.Making the right thing easy and the hard thing hard.
10. Understanding and demonstrate the “release of pressure” as a reward for positive choice.
The course will cost $100 per rider
This will include camping at the facility lunch on Saturday.
Five dollars per Horse Per day for stalls for overnight camping
