WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
According to the newly enacted Florida law, directors must complete a 4-hour Board Certification Course within 90 days of taking office. This certification is not only essential for compliance but also a valuable tool to help you better serve your community and stay informed on important board responsibilities.
Whether you are on a Board for a Condo, an HOA or a Co-Op, we invite you to attend.
We are excited to offer you an opportunity to attend an upcoming Board Certification Class, administered by a DBPR-approved provider. This course will cover key areas such as board responsibilities, financial oversight, legal obligations, and best practices for effective governance. After completing the course, your certification will remain valid for four years.
Property managers wanting to keep up on their CEU’s and what their Boards are learning should join us as well!
