On Saturday, September 19, we’ll gather at Ponce de Leon Park for a special Autumn Equinox Shoreline Session—a morning to slow down, breathe deeply, move gently and reconnect with ourselves and the rhythms of nature.
We’ll combine somatic & restorative yoga, breath work and sound therapy to help settle the nervous system, ground the body and create a little space for whatever this next season brings.

And everyone who joins us will receive a complimentary Reiki-infused fall aromatherapy spray to take a little of the ritual and the feeling of the morning home with you.
