Get ready to take off at Annual Clerk Passport Day!

WHERE:
Charlotte County Justice Center
350. East Marion Ave. Punta Gorda, FL

WHO:
First-time applicants, minors renewing, and citizens with passports expired over 15 years can attend this event.

WHAT:
Passport Event – Extended hours for application processing.

WHAT TO BRING TO PASSPORT DAY:
– Applicant must appear in person.
– One check for U.S. Department of State’s fee for each applicant.
– Separate payment for Clerk execution fee of $35.00.
– Proof of Citizenship documentation.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON PASSPORT DAY:
– Passport Photo taken FREE of charge.
– Blank applications will be available to fill out the day of event; however can be filled out online prior by visiting Travel.State.gov website.
– Acceptance Agents will collect fees, completed applications, proof of citizenship documentation for first time applicants or children’s passport renewals.
