As Pluto moves forward in Aquarius, we enter a season symbolically associated with transformation, release, and restoration.
A time to let go of old patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional burdens, and everything that no longer aligns with who we were created to be.
And sometimes, before we can welcome something new, we simply need to become still.
This month, Shoreline Sessions will be a sound bath only, intentionally creating space to surrender, soften, and release.
Through the restorative sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, we’ll invite the nervous system to settle, the mind to quiet, and the body to experience deep rest.
Not everything needs to be carried into the next chapter.
Release what no longer serves you. Restore what has been depleted. Return to who you were created to be.
