Begin with a “for the sake of running” run guided by the RRCA- certified coaches from The Foot Landing. Explore meditation in movement and getting into your zone while letting go of the, sometimes, intense goal setting that comes with the Join The Yoga Sanctuary and competitive nature of running. Afterwards, slide right into a run-specific yoga class with The Yoga Sanctuary designed to cool you down and continue your exploration of body, mind, and spirit. Each week you will be guided as you explore different breath and meditation techniques. No experience necessary.
