Yoga Nidra is a form of deep guided meditation that systematically relaxes you at every level of being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Using body scan, breath awareness, and inquiry into deep sensation, as a group you will be led to appreciate that your body is a guest house. You will welcome and invite every imaginable guest in for “tea and conversation.” Receiving and welcoming in all sensations, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs as messengers allows you to inquire what their message might be, learning to meet and greet all that life brings to your table. This profound but natural state of meditation enables you to connect to your deepest, inner, unchanging Self. No experience necessary, just lie back comfortably, close your eyes and listen.
