Monthly yoga at The Peace River Botanical Gardens!
The Yoga Sanctuary is excited to team up with the Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens to offer a monthly outdoor Yoga in the Gardens class! This donation-based class is open to all levels. Be prepared to move slowly and explore postures in a way that is comfortable and accessible, all the while enjoying the beauty of the Gardens.
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and any other props you might use in your practice. Open to everyone, there will be plenty of space to spread out.
Class will be held the 2nd Saturday of the month November 2021 – April 2022 with the exception of October’s class which will be held on first Sunday of the month.
Suggested donation: $20 (includes Garden access)
