Yoga for Healthy Aging is an accessible approach to yoga, which offers tools in order to increase health span, maintain independence and cultivate equanimity. In this 4-week series led by YFHA instructor Margit Bannon, you will go beyond the physical skills required, and tap into equanimity itself, considered the most important pillar of YFHA.
Each week, students will have the opportunity to explore within the YFHA “toolbox” by using asanas, pranayama, meditation and philosophy of yoga, as a strategy for handling the challenges of life. This ONLINE series is accessible for ALL levels of practitioners.
