This is a time when we may be feeling more concerned about our ability to ward off or overcome illness than we ever have before. Whether we are stepping back out into the world or continuing to stay at home, we can benefit from yoga practices that focus on boosting and bolstering the immune system to help us stay well. This practice will gently pump and flush the lymphatic system, which is responsible for fighting off illness and infection, relax the nervous system, which manages appropriate immune responses, and strengthen the respiratory system, which is the body’s natural lymphatic pump and a key factor in fighting the Covid-19 virus.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioner, including students new to yoga.
This workshop will be recorded and made available to all participants for future reference and practice.
