Join us for this 4-week series and learn about four vastly different ways of meditating. Week 1, dive into the moving meditation of Taichi. Week 2, explore the standing meditation of Qigong. Week 3, we recline into stillness. Lastly, during week 4, we explore the many options available for sitting meditation.
