SWEAT Bootcamp Orientation and First Class!

Join us for the first night of SWEAT Bootcamp. SWEAT Bootcamp, offered at CrossFit Punta Gorda, is a six week program focused on improving fitness and nutrition. We teach you how to safely exercise and how to take steps to improve your diet. No complex barbell movements are involved and all fitness levels (even zero fitness!) are welcome.
