The aroma of freshly cooked chicken wings will fill the air in Laishley Park in Punta Gorda on April 1st, 2023! That’s when the Annual Southwest Florida WingFest & Craft Beer Festival comes to Punta Gorda.
Up to 15 Chicken Wing Teams will set up their Wing booths in Laishley Park, Punta Gorda in an effort to persuade the judges and the general public that their Wings are King!
What goes better with Wings than an ice cold beer? At the festival, thirsty attendees will have an opportunity to sample different beers from small breweries not always readily available in our area. The Beer Tasting Tent will now feature over 50 different craft beers from Micro-Breweries around the country to satisfy your thirst. Specialty beers will be available by samples or by the bottle.

In addition to the Wings & Beer, there will be plenty of Merchandise vendors will be on hand as well as other food vendors when you’re ready to take a break from all those Chicken wings.

Live music begins at 1:00pm with local favorites- The Boogiemen Rock and Soul Revue
Direct from Tampa! The Abraham Billings Band performs at 2:00pm
Our headliner is also from the Tampa Bay area- The Black Honkeys Band, a 10-person group playing your favorited from Motown, Funk, Soul & Rock n Roll. Their live performance is not to be missed!
