If you have periodic or chronic neck pain, this workshop is for you. Many of us carry stress in the neck: a busy lifestyle, lack of sleep, and poor neck alignment can all lead to chronic neck tension. This tension can in turn lead to other ailments including headaches and arthritis. Join us to learn basic anatomy of the neck, yoga poses that alleviate neck pain, and safer, healthier posture habits. Open to all students; no prior yoga experience is necessary.
