We are all creative beings, but doubt, fear, and a variety of other obstacles often prevent our creativity from blooming. This summer workshop series will use a variety of yogic practices to help us excavate, nurture, and commit to our creative souls and dreams.
The series consists of three classes spread over three months, allowing time and space for us to explore, practice, work, play, and identify obstacles and ways to overcome them. Our practice will include light asana, breathwork, meditation, self-study, and fun exercises that test our perceptions and open our creative portals.
All classes take place on a Saturday, ONLINE only, from 11:30am to 12:45pm. Each session will allow time for discussion and sharing, and will be recorded for your later use.
June 26th: Set the Intention and Open the Portal
July 24th: Identify the Blockages and Balance the Energy
August 28th: Build Stamina and Commitment
