Keep Your Low Back Happy & Healthy

Join us for an informative and experiential workshop that focuses on keeping your back strong and safe during your yoga practice and in your daily life.
Yoga is a profound teacher, and yoga philosophy tells us that future suffering can be avoided. In other words, you don’t need to be currently experiencing back pain to prioritize the well-being of your back.
In your time with TYS teacher, Patricia Francis, you will explore techniques and strategies that will help prevent back pain, develop mindful modifications of key yoga postures and effective use of yoga props, as well as delve into how your breath can serve as a foundation for a strong and supported back. Our focus will be on the complete spine, with a particular emphasis on the lower back.
This workshop is open to all levels of experience! You’ll leave with practical tools, including a short practice, that you can easily incorporate into your daily life to maintain a strong and supported back.
Cost is $40.
