Our Ancestors are family members dating back countless generations. It is believed that their role is to share ancient, sacred wisdom with us, protect us and help us. We are the link between the ages and therefore, our Ancestors are encoded in our DNA.
Honoring our Ancestors grants us access to information and facilitates the process of healing. When we heal, we heal all who came before and those who will come after. Through song, movement and creative ceremony, together, we participate in the joyful art of honoring our Ancestors.
