Join USAT Certified Coaches, Heather Butcher, of TriFit Sports, Eric Kahl and Jackie Miller of OutRival Racing, for a “dry run” on the course for the Englewood Triathlon!
We will have swim buoys to mark the swim course, transition racks to rack your bikes as well as Gatorade Endurance, KLEAN Recovery Drink and some post workout refreshments! We need everyone set up by 7 am. We will do a short transition clinic before heading down to the water. This is not timed and is “just for fun!”
Everyone is welcome from beginners to experienced athletes!
